MSB Waste & Recycling Centre – Terms and Conditions

• Must always wear appropriate PPE
• When you arrive onsite, stop at the right-hand roller door and see a staff member. Feel free to beep the horn if no one is visibly in sight
• A Matt’s staff member will check your load, enter the job into our system, collect payment then direct you where to tip. Must not tip off without instruction from a staff member.
• If you need to place other full bins on the ground in order to tip others that are on your truck, this must be done inside the building – not on the road or in the carpark. Ask a staff member for direction.
• All loads charged by cubic rate or weight
• All goods invoiced as per signed order. No classification disputes accepted
• Overloaded bins will incur extra cubic metre charges
• Extra charge items include stone, mattresses, tyres, etc.
• No hazardous material – asbestos, chemicals, insulation, etc
• Prohibited materials – will be reloaded if found once tipped
• Accepted materials – general household waste, timber, brick and concrete, green waste, mixed building waste, dirt.
• Opening hours – 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
• Enter at your own risk. All effort is made to prevent punctures etc. We accept no liability except negligence.
• Comply with all directions
• Mobile plant has right of way
• Treat all staff with courtesy – no threats or abuse
• Do not scavenge from any area of the Centre
• Ensure children/pets/anyone without PPE remain safely inside vehicles
• Do not smoke within or near the Facility
• No photographs or videos without prior authorisation
• VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IS USED THROUGHOUT THIS FACILITY via CCTV and staff body cameras. By entering, you consent to recording for safety and security purposes.
• By entering, you agree to Matt’s collecting personal information through video surveillance under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW)
• You/your organisation indemnify Matt’s from all liability, cost, loss or claims arising from your entry and use of the Facility.
• If you do not comply with these terms, you may be asked to leave and refused future entry, with penalties applying.
• These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
